1.	Ralf Schumacher - Williams	Ralf Schumacher wins his 3rd race of the season starting from second on the grid. Rubens Barrichello finishes second on a two stop strategy. Jacques Villeneuve gives BAR their second podium finish of the season. After a disastrous start to the season, Benetton get both of their cars in the points. Jean Alesi finishes his last race for the Prost team in 6th! Juan Pablo Montoya starting from Pole retires with an engine failure. Michael Schumacher retires with a fuel pressure problem. Mika Hakkinen and David Coulthard retire with engine failures. The race was restarted after Luciano Burti slammed into a slowing Michael Schumacher moments after the initial start of the race. 10 cars finished the race. BAR, Benetton and Arrows managed to finish both their cars. Jordan, McLaren, Sauber and Jaguar failed to finish either of their cars.

1.	Rubens Barrichello - Ferrari	Rubens Barrichello wins his first race in his career after starting from 18th place but benefiting from numerous retirements, the safety car and staying on dry tyres on a wet track a few laps from the end. The 2 McLaren drivers finished 2nd and 3rd after both decide to go for wet tyres towards the end of the race. Jenson Button achieves his best ever finish thus far in 4th. Michael Schumacher is hit from behind by Giancarlo Fisichella at the start and both retire. 11 cars finished the race. McLaren and Williams managed to finish both their cars. Benetton and Prost failed to finish either of their cars.
