The 2004 race

 Top 8Highlights 
1.Rubens Barrichello  - FerrariRubens Barrichello wins ahead of Michael Schumacher. Jenson Button and Takuma Sato finish 3rd and 4th.
The race started under damp conditions making the start of the race exciting as teams had to chose between dry and intermediate tyres. 
The Ferraris struggled on intermediates but once the track dried they managed to recover and have a 1-2 finish.
Behind the Ferraris, the 2 BARs managed to stay out of trouble. 
Montoya was 5th while Pizzonia who was standing in for Ralf Schumacher was 7th.
Coulthard finished 6th for McLaren while Raikkonen had an engine failure.
Giancarlo Fisichella finished 8th in the Sauber.
Fernando Alonso who led the race in the early stages spun out.
15 cars crossed the finish line.
Ferrari, BAR, Williams, Sauber and Jaguar.

1.Michael Schumacher - FerrariMichael Schumacher won the race after managing to keep Juan Pablo Montoya behind him despite the pressure.
Rubens Barrichello managed 3rd ahead of Kimi Raikkonen.
Marc Gene who replaced Ralf Schumacher finished 5th while Jacques Villeneuve finished in 6th ahead of Mark Webber.
Fernando Alonso amazingly managed to finish 8th despite starting from last and losing his front wing at the start.
13 cars crossed the finish line.
Ferrari, Williams, Sauber and Jordan managed to finish both their cars.
Toyota failed to finish either of their cars.
