Fernando Alonso finished 3rd after starting from 5th but gained two places at the start. Montoya finished 4th following a good start while Button was 5th and Sato 6th after boor having poor starts. Pizzonia and Fisichella made the top 8. Raikkonen retired with an electrical fault. Trulli retires with an engine failure. 15 cars were classified. Ferrari, Williams, BAR, Jaguar and Minardi managed to finish both their cars. |

ever win a Formula 1 race. Kimi Raikkonen finishes second ahead of the two Williams while Coulthard finishes 5th. Mark Webber finishes a solid 6th ahead of Jarno Trulli while Michael Schumacher struggling with his tyres only manages 8th and a lap down Rubens Barrichello suffers from a rear suspension failure and retires. 13 cars crossed the finish line. Renault, McLaren, Williams and Minardi managed to finish both their cars. The Jordan team failed to finish either of their cars. |
