Sauber has a better chance! |

A week ago I would have strongly argued that McLaren had a little bad luck
at Australia, after all Kimi did come from the back to finish third, a
remarkable achievement. But after having both cars go south during the
Malaysian Grand Prix I now have to think that McLaren have a major problem
with reliability. True, the only other car to blow an engine was a Ferrari
(how often does that happen?), but that's three times in two races for
McLaren. If they loose a car in Brazil, then I think their season is pretty
much over. They may be able to pressure Ferrari and Williams and possibly even
win a few races, but I'm beginning to think Sauber has a better chance of challenging
than McLaren. The Heretic replies: Jeff, At least David can hope for improvement during the season and a chance at competing next year. Villeneuve will retire before BAR has a car. But right now it does look bleak. Back to Top Loading
